Capgemini is hiring Technical Project Manager for fulltime position at Shelton, CT. Ideal candidate should be local or willing to relocate and work hybrid onsite. QSR domain experience will be highly preferred.

Your role

• Drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple technical teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Maintain clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor progress and proactively address risks and issues.

•  Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, and infrastructure specialists. Foster collaboration and accountability.

• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, plans, and post-mortems.

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage scope changes through structured change control processes.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in technical or enterprise environments.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
