As a Concrete Contractor, you will be responsible for various concrete-related tasks, such as pouring, shaping, and finishing concrete for residential projects. Superior Contracting & Maintenance has been providing property management companies with quality maintenance and turn-key services for the past 13 years. With a commitment to clear communication and quality repairs, we take pride in delivering timely and effective service to our clients and their residents or homeowners. Our services range from roofing and gutters to concrete driveways, plumbing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in concrete work and share our commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concrete Contractor (5+ years), with a solid understanding of concrete pouring, shaping, and finishing techniques.
• General Liability Preferred
• Familiarity with concrete mixing and pouring equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow project specifications.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Living currently in the US
