! This role lasts initially for one year with expected extension, where only a freelance is available as form of cooperation.
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Support the PMO Lead, the Program Manager and the Quality Assurance Manager in Program governance, tracking progress, and ensuring structured execution within the Global Program.
· Work closely with program leadership and project managers to anticipate risks, manage reporting, and prepare executive presentations—bringing structure to complexity in a global dynamic environment.
· Follow up with project managers on project plans, risks, and key deliverables.
· Anticipate issues, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
· Prepare executive reports and presentations for IT PMO and leadership.
· Ensure governance, structure, and best practices while adapting to program changes
Requirements
· 5+ years of relevant experience from project managerial field
· Strong Jira (Agile project tracking) skills and be able to advise/ train project managers
· Project Management (PMP, Prince2, or Agile) & Reporting & Metrics (KPIs, dashboards)
· PowerPoint & Executive-Level Presentations skills
· Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
· Adapts to change & ambiguity while maintaining structure, being proactive, accountable, and action-driven
· Nice to have is.:
o Risk Management (RAID logs, mitigation planning)
o Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL)
o SharePoint (Collaboration & documentation)
· Fluency in English (spoken & written);
· Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
