About the role
<p>Sprout Social is looking to hire a Senior People Business Partner. This is a global PBP role based out of Dublin; this PBP role will work with our Vice President, Global Commercial Sales, and many leaders across all Revenue and Operations functions in EMEA and NAMER. </p>

This role operates in a highly collaborative centralized global organization reporting to our Director, People Business Partners & Operations with a strong dotted line to the Vice President, Global Commercial Sales.</p>
<p>As the regional People Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in building, developing, and engaging our growing teams across EMEA and NAMER. </p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Align our EMEA talent strategy by collaborating with leaders and deeply understanding their businesses and priorities.</li>
<li>Co-lead change management and organization design in partnership with the Vice President, Global Commercial Sales. with strategic support across compensation, performance management, career development, and talent retention</li>
<li>Collaborate with People and cross-functional teams (Recruitment, Organizational Development and Learning, DEI, People Operations, Legal, etc) to develop, implement, and promote global initiatives that improve employee experience and engagement </li>
<li>Recommend, develop, execute, and operationalize HR and performance management best practices across North America and EMEA required to scale our business globally </li>
<li>Lead through influence by coaching leaders to embrace courageous conversations necessary to move the business forward</li>
<li>Analyze and interpret data to develop informed strategies, solutions, people programs, and policies</li>
<li>Proactively lead and manage all first-line employee relations cases in Europe, ensuring managers are offered practical advice and guidance in line with legislation. Serve as a resource for employees when navigating challenging personal or professional issues that impact their work experience</li>
<li>Help support the Employee Experience of both office and remote-based employees working to ensure a culture focused on inclusivity and belonging.</li>

<p>Since this role is about quickly growing a team, we’re looking for someone with significant experience in scaling HR processes within a high-growth technical company (tools, best practices, relevant laws and regulations, etc.), a strategic lens (connecting day-to-day work with bigger-picture organizational objectives) as well as experience understanding and navigating the cultural sensitivity and impact of leading teams across multiple countries.</p>
<p>The minimum qualifications for this role include:</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience as an HR Practitioner</li>
<li>5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in a global organization- aligned to Global Revenue & Operations teams ranging from VP+ senior leadership to ICs</li>
<li>Strong ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact and influence leaders across all levels of the organization</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred qualifications for this role include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with the following tech stacks: Workday, Culture Amp, Lattice, Jira</li>
<li>Willingness to work from our Dublin office location 1-2X week </li>
</ul>
