Location: Florence Presbyterian Community

Job Summary:

The Florence Presbyterian Community is seeking an innovative leader to oversee our maintenance, environmental services, and security departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all buildings, grounds, equipment, and vehicles.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the maintenance, environmental services, and security departments

- Develop and implement maintenance and repair procedures

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

- Manage the maintenance and repair budget

- Hire, train, and supervise maintenance, environmental services, and security staff

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendors

- Ensure that all buildings, grounds, equipment, and vehicles are properly maintained and repaired

- Develop and implement security procedures to ensure the safety of residents and staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- 5 years of related or supervisory experience

- Certification in related maintenance services

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards

- Ability to manage a budget and prioritize tasks
