What you'll do
As a Sr. Manager, Product Marketing at Docusign, you'll be at the forefront of driving adoption, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives for our IAM Platform. Your GTM expertise will shine as you collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance segmentation, map out the customer journey, and optimize the full-funnel experience.
You will be responsible for managing a talented team of product marketers who will craft compelling product messaging and positioning, equip our field teams with vital content and tools, and build a strong pipeline for our portfolio. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide our Sales team with the insights and resources needed to close more deals. This role is a people manager role reporting to the Director, Product Marketing.
Responsibility
Manage a team of talented product marketers
Own the positioning, messaging, and value propositions of our IAM Platform
Uncover customer insights to improve the customer journey, drive better experiences, and account growth. Refine and optimize messaging based on these insights
Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer needs are reflected in the way the product roadmap is prioritized, packaged, priced, and communicated
Partner with demand generation to create compelling campaigns that drive acquisition and upsell opportunities
Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure that Sales has the right content, tools, and training to develop and close deals effectively
Drive usage and create expansion opportunities in collaboration with customer success
Work with International Marketing to showcase the value of the IAM platform in our core international regions
Support strategic customer and internal events (e.g. customer/partner conferences, sales meetings) by owning development of presentations, sessions, training, and speaking
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
Preferred
- Ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear examples of using data for customer insights and recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MBA from top tier school
Self-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal need for supervision
Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results-driven
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $157,500.00 - $254,350.00 base salary
Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $151,200.00 - $213,600.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
