As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead by influence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address real customer needs and drive business growth. </span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>You will </span><span>be responsible for</span><span> defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product releases. Your </span><span>expertise</span><span> will help guide the organization in making strategic product decisions, and you will serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the company.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>What </span><span>You’ll</span><span> Do:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Own and maintain the product roadmap, working closely with agile teams and UX Designers to specify requirements and optimize the release process.</span></li><li><span>Keep product backlogs groomed and aligned with evolving business priorities, proactively communicating significant changes to stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Gather and synthesize feedback from Sales, Customer Success, Support, and customers to inform product enhancements and future direction.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate go-to-market activities for new features, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer problems and market needs.</span></li><li><span>Serve as a trusted partner and subject matter expert for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Review pricing and positioning strategies using insights from customer and market research, including meetings, calls, surveys, and industry events.</span></li><li><span>​</span><span>Use product usage data and financial metrics to measure and communicate product success.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>What </span><span>You’ll</span><span> Bring to Tricentis:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Experience working in a B2B software company, ideally with enterprise customers.</span></li><li><span>5+ years in Product Management, with experience in agile software development environments.</span></li><li><span>​</span><span>Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts, and to make balanced decisions when faced with trade-offs.</span></li><li><span>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.</span></li><li><span>Analytical mindset with the ability to reason in new situations and leverage data to drive decisions.</span></li><li><span>Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving environments and stay current with emerging technology trends.</span></li><li><span>Creative, forward-thinking, and international mindset.</span></li><li><span>Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.</span></li><li><span>​</span><span>Fluent English skills.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Nice to Haves</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Experience with test automation, quality assurance, or software testing tools.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS products and modern web application design.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of user experience (UX) best practices, especially for authoring or editing tools.</span></li><li><span>Experience working with or designing low-code/no-code platforms.</span></li><li><span>Experience with data quality, data validation, or data integration products.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with enterprise data management, ETL processes, or data warehousing.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in data management.</span></li><li><span>​</span><span>Background in analytics, business intelligence, or data governance.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Tricentis Core Values:</span></b><span> </span></p><p><span><span>Knowing what we need to achieve and how to achieve it is important.
