We are currently seeking for enthusiastic team players with exceptional analytical skills and a well-rounded personality to become part of our dynamic and highly motivating M&A Transaction Services team in Athens. Our team is specialized in providing in-depth transaction services, especially financial due diligence and M&A advisory, to private equity investors (international and local), international funds and key strategic investors.

Your role as a Senior Manager will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders.

During your tenure as a Senior Manager, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

·       Combines expertise in one stage of a transaction with a deep understanding of a particular industry/sector and advises on integration points and critical focus areas

·       Help clients to translate M&A strategy and vision into successful planning and execution

·       Support sales pursuits and develop marketplace eminence within the chosen offering

·       Leverage strong domain knowledge of the project lifecycle, costs of strategic & operational decisions and contribute to large scale transaction opportunities;

·       Serves as a role model for integrity, respect and inclusion, demonstrating an appreciation of others, including their unique strengths and differences

·       Translates broader strategy into a compelling team vision and goals; aligns the team and sets priorities to achieve objectives

·       Operates as a brand ambassador to uphold Deloitte’s value proposition of high-quality and professionalism
