Job Description

Take on a senior leadership role as Tax Manager where you’ll serve as the final authority on tax return accuracy and drive excellence in client service. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive final reviews and approvals of all tax returns before IRS submission
  • Lead and manage tax preparation team operations and workflow optimization
  • Provide expert client consultation and communication on complex tax matters
  • Ensure complete accuracy and compliance of all tax filings and supporting documentation
  • Oversee department operations including quality control processes and team development
  • Handle sophisticated tax scenarios requiring senior-level expertise and problem-solving abilities
  • Maintain direct client relationships and serve as the primary contact for complex tax issues


Requirements
  • Extensive professional experience in tax preparation and comprehensive knowledge of tax law
  • Proven background in tax return review processes and quality control management
  • Exceptional English communication skills for professional client interactions
  • Leadership experience successfully managing tax preparation teams
  • Deep expertise in IRS regulations, compliance requirements, and tax code applications
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities for complex tax scenarios and unusual situations
  • Professional tax certifications or advanced credentials strongly preferred
  • Ability to serve as final authority on tax accuracy and compliance decisions
