Job Title: Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative)

Job Summary:
As an Overnight Closer at Planet Fitness, you play a vital role in delivering a world-class hospitality experience for every member and guest. This is not just a front desk role—you are the face of our brand, responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and ensuring a smooth end-of-day process. Punctuality, professionalism, and pride in your work are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all members, guests, and prospective members with warmth and professionalism.
  
  
• Provide top-tier customer service that reflects Planet Fitness’s commitment to hospitality.
  
  
• Manage front desk operations including:
  
  
  • Answering phones courteously and helpfully.
    
    
  • Checking members into the system accurately.
    
    
  • Signing up new members and giving guided club tours.
    
    
  • Updating member accounts as needed.
    
    
• Address and resolve member questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  
  
• Maintain the highest standards of club cleanliness—every shift.
  
  
• Ensure all areas of the club are spotless and orderly, including deep cleaning tasks.
  
  
• Provide accurate and engaging information calls and tours.
  
  
• Properly close the facility for the business day and complete all required shift reports.

• Strong customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  
  
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
  
  
• Positive, friendly, and dependable.
  
  
• Punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and maintain motivation during overnight hours.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs during shift.
  
  
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or GED.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour
