We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Roadway Transportation Maintenance Crew Chief to join our team at our West Bexar Maintenance Office. This key leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee many responsibilities ranging from coordinating equipment, materials, bridge inspections/follow up action work/repairs of bridges, manage and mentor maintenance crews for roadway maintenance projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and work closely with the Maintenance Section Supervisor and Area Office staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties related to the construction, maintenance, and repair of highways, bridges, and other transportation infrastructure. You will work in a team environment operating light and heavy equipment.
