Job Description

• You are responsible for accounting, sales controlling and manufacturing controlling with a team for 3 sites in the US and a back-office support in India
• You act as business partner for 3 site managers, overseeing site strategy; including managing CAPEX, OPEX and NWC activities
• Driving corporate governance, liaising with internal, external auditors and advancing internal control processes
• Responsibility for statutory and tax filings for US legal entities
• Reporting to the headquarter, interfacing with segment and headquarter teams to determinate and plan actuals, forecast and budget processes; incl. cash management
• Providing direction regarding manufacturing controlling processes, keeping in mind hourly rates, utilization, absorption and a continuous improvement program tracking

Qualifications

• Degree level (Bachelor, Master) in Finance and/or Accounting
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role
• Strong controlling profile with demonstrated capabilities in IFRS, US Gaap
• International experience in a manufacturing company incl. site management
• Ability to manage a team in a high performance organization
• Analytical mind-set with strong SAP and MS Excel expertise
• Strong communication skills in English complete your profile
