This role will float between all 5 hospitals in the region: Bailey Medical Center, Hillcrest Pryor Hospital, Hillcrest Hospital in Claremore, Hillcrest Hospital in Cushing, and Hillcrest Hospital in Henryetta

 

Your Responsibilities as an Inpatient Senior Clinical ManagerThe Senior Clinic Manager (SCM) is responsible for driving operational precision and efficiency across hospitals and service lines. This role focuses on optimizing patient flow, reducing length of stay (LOS), and improving care transitions to enhance both patient outcomes and financial sustainability. The SCM will implement standardized industry best practices, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with partner leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless, high-quality, and cost-effective hospital operations.

 

This role also leads and champions multiple Performance Improvement (PI) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives that extend beyond individual site operations. Drives strategic, system-level improvements through cross-functional collaboration with hospital leadership and key stakeholders to advance quality outcomes and operational excellence.

  • Execute standardized workflows to improve patient throughput, capacity management, and care coordination.
  • Utilize real-time data and predictive analytics to monitor patient flow and support timely discharge planning.
  • Reduce process variability across departments to enhance efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Drive accountability for throughput initiatives to decrease ED boarding and expedite admissions.
  • Lead CQI efforts to safely reduce length of stay and avoid delays in care progression.
  • Strengthen discharge planning through interdisciplinary collaboration and daily hospital rounds.
  • Ensure seamless patient transitions by aligning hospital teams with post-acute providers.
  • Partner with case management and clinical leaders to reduce readmissions and improve care continuity.
  • Champion initiatives that support coordination across inpatient, outpatient, and home settings.
  • Drive operational efficiencies that align with partner and PT Solutions goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Balance staffing efficiency with high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure team members uphold compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including but not limited to CMS and Joint Commission standards.
  • Hold team members accountable for meeting patient flow and discharge-related quality measures, including readmission reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure team members champion a culture of continuous quality improvement, focusing on both operational performance and patient experience.
  • Requires travel for company-related functions

Qualifications 

 

  • Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program 
  • Current or pending state licensure 
  • Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

 

Pay Range: $90,000-$120,000 (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
