At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone. </p></div><p> </p> <p>As the Quality Engineer II - CONTRACTOR, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support Manufacturing and Engineering quality related issues, customer return defect analysis process, and root cause investigations</li> <li>Provides initial hardware/software (HW/SW) analysis (Diagnostic Trouble Codes & Bench Test Confirmation, Log Capture, PCB Component Level investigations, etc.) on suspect issues</li> <li>Conduct warranty claims analysis and quality data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements</li> <li>Report quality status to internal stakeholders and external customers</li> <li>Conducts and coordinates in vehicle testing and detailed in depth analysis, including supporting customer dealership visits and investigations</li> <li>Ensure timely and compliant submission of customer-required documentation</li> <li>Supports and coordinates responses to emerging quality issues, including containment and tracking</li> <li> <div>Support day to day quality and inspection activities at a local inspection facility to verify product quality</div> </li> <li>Other Duties as Assigned</li> </ul> <div class="x_elementToProof" data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)"><strong data-ogsc="">Qualifications</strong></div> <div class="x_elementToProof" data-ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)"><strong data-ogsc="">Required:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree</li> <li>3+ years of working experience in Automotive electronics (Hands on Analysis PCB analysis, ECU testing and system level integration)&l
