The (PMO) is accountable for providing governance over the successful end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and programs for our clients.

The Role

The Project Manager has a high level of accountability that often includes multiple projects that may span across or impact multiple functions. These projects may roll up to one or more larger programs and often include multiple IT Delivery team resources where the Project Manager will often be required to manage, communicate, and coordinate with team members and business partners at various levels of leadership and experience or skill level.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead IT projects utilizing industry standards, and best practices, following processes outlined by the Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Serve as a liaison between the business, technology, and delivery organization
  • Foster seamless communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Collaborating with Technology, Business and Operations teams to establish project goals, scope, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop, analyze, and meticulously manage project plans, schedules, status reporting, and resource forecasts.
  • Follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts.
  • Ensures overall governance and reporting of the assigned projects’ updates to all stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Collaborating, identifying, and tracking all dependencies and risks (technical and non-technical) and exploring mitigation strategies aligned with the delivery plan. Escalating where necessary, providing all information required for senior management to make prioritization decisions. Responsible for the end-to-end process.
  • Infrastructure / Environment: Ensuring necessary infrastructure and environments are sourced, set up, and made available to support various iterations of testing.
  • Ensuring project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately as per the process.

What you need to have:

  • A Self-starter, and proactive personality who likes to take accountability and independently runs projects with minimum or no oversight.
  • Must have 3-5 years of proven project management experience managing large and complex technical projects, including application development and infrastructure implementations.
  • Technical know-how of Azure DevOps, cloud applications, and Azure implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Functional knowledge and experience in implementing large and complex solutions either related to software, data, or Infrastructure programs and projects is required.
  • Must have experience and knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and various delivery methodologies like Waterfall and Agile as well as SCRUM framework.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, change management, stakeholder management, and influencer skills.
  • Ability to transform technical information into plain and comprehensible form and communicate to business stakeholders.
  • Must have the ability to explain complex concepts/issues in simple terms.
  • Must be able to manage multiple and concurrent cross-functional project(s) and handle multiple assignments and competing priorities.
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills.
  • Must be comfortable driving discussion and ability
