Director Workforce Management & Data Analytics

What does a successful Director, Workforce Management & Data Analytics do at Fiserv?

As a Director Workforce Management and Data Analytics, you will support headcount modeling, capacity planning, and forecasting cycles for the manufacturing operation encompassing ~4,500 associates across 9 production facilities.  You will use strategic skills in delivering insights with your proven expertise in quantitative analysis, organizational research, and the presentation of data to inform and influence key business decisions about the growth and performance of the respective facilities.  You will be looked to develop, maintain, and leverage service level agreements, Tableau/Power BI dashboards, and workforce management tools to drive key business decisions with partnered workforce planning.   

What you will do:

  • Effectively forecast labor resource requirements to accomplish strategic objectives and predict any impact on KPIs.
  • Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities as it relates to production staff forecasting cycles.
  • Analyze (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
  • Identify risk and opportunity potential, develops capacity planning, and refines the business case while handling highly sensitive people data.
  • Effectively analyze client data and trends, develop client relationships, and identify opportunities to improve the client experience to help the client with their operational, regulatory, and financial controls.
  • Develop and present information to executives, and all employees within the organization like Recruiting, Finance, Human Resources, and other cross functional partners.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • 8+ years of analytical leadership experience using Tableau/Power BI Software and SQL for data analysis or statistical modeling.
  • 7+ years of Capacity Planning experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a history of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Experience processing, analyzing, and interpreting data sets to make business recommendations for senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

What would be great to have:

  • Master's degree in a Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • 2-5 years of Financial Services/Manufacturing experience.
  • Six Sigma Certification- Green or Black Belt
  • Project management certification (PMP)
