Job Description

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

• strategically developing existing customers by establishing long-term business relationships and identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling

• managing your own portfolio of clients making sure they get the most value out of our solution

• listening to your customers and communicating their feedback to ensure our products and services meet their needs

• planning and execution of customer experience activities such as surveys, interviews and webinars

• execution of sales campaigns in close cooperation with marketing & business development

• attending events and exhibitions to meet with ecosio customers

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

• experience in B2B SaaS sales

• German language skills on a native / C2 level, fluent English skills

• experience working with a portfolio of existing customers

• experience with cross- and up-selling

And nice to have...

• experience working as a customer success / customer happiness manager

• previous working experience at a growing SaaS scale up
