What You’ll Do
As an HR Analyst at Clarkston, you will serve in an experienced role on the Clarkston Human Resources team where you will be responsible for:
- Transforming, modeling, and visualizing data to deliver insights and recommend actions across core HR functional areas including compensation and total rewards, performance management, recruiting, training, diversity, and inclusion
- Developing standard reports for ongoing HR needs and to support HR's interface with other departments
- Administering the various Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and utility of master data, which includes handling confidential and sensitive personnel information as well as ideally serving as the sought-after superuser across various talent management systems
- Performing employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations
- Collecting and compiling key HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including but not limited to Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee surveys, exit interviews, personnel records, government labor statistics, and competitor practices
- Serving as the firm’s compensation analyst which includes supporting the total rewards strategy by participating in annual salary surveys, benchmarking, analyzing trends in compensation and developing salary and variable pay plans while also maintaining the firm’s compensation management tool
- Managing performance management programs to drive a feedback-focused culture throughout the firm
- Leading and administering performance feedback cycles including project-based feedback, self-assessments, goal-setting, and annual reviews. Serve as the point of contact for inquiries from both employees and firm leadership
- Participating in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, and communication which will be used for business configuration
- Evaluating results and initiatives for your ownership areas to ensure alignment with firm objectives as well as recommending new approaches, policies, and programs to affect short and long-term continual improvements and key performance metric achievement

Travel Requirement
This is a remote work-from-home position. However, travel will still be required at least twice per year for our bi-annual Company Meeting and other internal trainings.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for self-starters and passionate HR professionals with 5-7 years of prior Human Resources experience.
Specifically, we’re looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of five (5) years prior Human Resources experience, preferably within a Management Consulting firm, with three (3) years of that experience in compensation plan administration or data analytics
- Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to turn large volumes of data into meaningful insights
- Ability to apply strong knowledge of business processes to identify business issues and opportunities within the HR and Talent Management functions
