What You’ll Need to Succeed in This Role

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or GED, plus at least 3 months of related experience in a service or support role.
• Physical Abilities:
  • Comfortable working around regulated substances in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Able to assist with lifting, pushing, or pulling objects (with help) up to 600 pounds.
  • Capable of occasional bending, stooping, and carrying items up to 30 pounds over short distances.
  • Manual dexterity for light clerical tasks.
• Transportation: Must be able to travel locally using standard transportation methods.
• Professional Appearance: Adherence to our conservative dress code policy is required.
• Driving Requirements: A valid driver’s license is essential. Driving records may be reviewed annually, and any incidents should be reported to management promptly.
• Teamwork & Communication: Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude are key. You’ll be working closely with a team to support families with care and professionalism.
• Flexible Scheduling: Hours vary based on service needs and may include any day of the week. While we can’t guarantee a set number of hours, we offer flexibility and meaningful work.
