GENERAL SUMMARY

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will be exposed to all aspects of the casino restaurant, bar and nightlife industry while working closely with the Food & Beverage team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on operations, financials and engagement. In addition, you will be assigned a mentor upon your arrival. You will be working closely with your mentor and manager on a variety of tasks and projects, they will check your progress and give feedback frequently. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH (STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES):

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will gain exposure to all business operations in the department. As an intern at Caesars Entertainment, you are given the opportunity to identify a business need and address this need through an independent project. At the end of your internship you will present to the leadership team, the results of your project. When your internship ends, you will have an understanding and will have accomplished participating in all the below:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and is a junior or senior in credit hours • Preferred major in Hospitality, Culinary, business management.
