YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Order processing and administration of software maintenance contracts 
• Assisting in the preparation of regular report meetings for global stakeholders and in the creation of sales analyses 
• Support in the area of data management and reporting
• Support in organising and conducting sales tool training within our business division

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

• Completed business education (Apprenticeship, Commercial Academy or comparable)
• Initial professional experience in a comparable role would be an advantage 
• Salesforce and SAP knowledge as well as good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Structured, analytical and careful way of working
• Numerical aptitude, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team 
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €40,530.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
