Enterprise Enabling FunctionsJob Description:
This role will provide business support, control function development, monitoring and oversight of customer facing digital online portal as part of US Customer Assistance. Analyst will proactively identify issues and opportunities for the portal by analyzing data via Excel, SQL, Splunk and/or other analytical tools. Analyst will identify root causes of issues and tracking all issues to resolution. Analyst will maintain business system documentation of the portal including a full suite of test cases and coordinate and Lead testing initiatives for the portal. The analyst assists in the development of requirements for new functionality for the portal and other projects.
Depth & Scope:
- Works independently but receives assistance/coaching from more senior levels
- Coaches other team members, as appropriate, within area of expertise
- Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners including the retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services and North American business partners such as TD Wealth Management, TD Ameritrade and TD Insurance
- Helps senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis and various corporate and business line initiatives
- Works with line of business team members/ resource
- Resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, outside contacts as necessary
- Works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
- Adds financial value to company by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
- 3+ Years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
- Exceptional active listening skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
- Adept in the use and development of SQL, other data management software applications
- Engages in projects to develop required solutions for new functionality; develops test cases and participates in testing.
- Agile and PDLC project methodologies experience helpful
- Collaborates with internal business partners in evaluating controls and monitoring of digital experiences identifying areas of opportunity and growth for the portals
- Maintains Business System Documentation of work performed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adept in the use and development of SQL, other data management software applications
- Engages in projects to develop required solutions for new functionality; develops test cases and participates in testing.
- Agile and PDLC project methodologies experience helpful
- Collaborates with internal business partners in evaluating controls and monitoring of digital experiences identifying areas of opportunity and growth for the portals
