Job Description :We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. As a Production Assistant, you will be involved in supporting the production process from pre-production through post-production, working closely with various team members to ensure the smooth operation and timely completion of projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
• Support the production team with administrative tasks including scheduling and communication.
• Coordinate and distribute production materials and documents to relevant departments.
• Help manage inventory and order necessary supplies for production needs.
• Provide on-set assistance, ensuring smooth operations during shoots.
• Assist in monitoring continuity and taking detailed notes for production staff.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film or media production is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends when needed.
• Basic understanding of production processes and terminology.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
