We encourage diverse applicants including individuals of all gender identities, ages, sexual orientations, nationalities, races, religions, beliefs, social and marital status, people with different abilities and all other diversity characteristics and how they work together.</span></span><span> </span></p> <p><span><span></span></span><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span><span><span>Fin/HR Manager</span></span><span> </span></span></strong></p> <p><span><span></span></span><span> </span></p> <p><span><span></span></span><span>The Fin/HR Manager is responsible for the implementation of Human Resources policies in the project and the Administrative Management of all staff working in the project (including those recruited locally and internationally), along with the proper implementation of financial administration, management and control in the project. </span><br/><span></span></p> <p><span><span>This job description provides a framework for the main responsibilities and primary activities of the position, it is not all-encompassing.</span><span> Therefore, the responsibilities and activities of the position may differ from those described in this job description due to organizational and operational needs.</span></span><span> </span><span></span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span><span>Objectives and responsibilities of the position</span></span></strong><span> </span></p> <p><span><span>As a FinHR Manager in a country program, you will be planning all HR and Finance activities and:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>In close coordination with the Project Coordinator and the HR Coordinator, calculate the HR operational needs and the associated budget to efficiently ensure the project's required sizing and capabilities and </span><span>facilitate</span><span> budget follow-up.</span></span><span> </span></li> <li><span><span>Plan</span><span>, supervis</span><span>e</span><span> and ensur</span><span>e</span><span> the implementation of the </span><span>staffing</span><span> processes (</span><span>including </span><span>recruitment, training, briefing, induction, evaluation, </span><span>development</span><span> and communication) of the project staff</span><span>,</span><span> in close coordination with the </span><span>HRCo</span><span>. </span></span><span> </span></li> <li><span><span>Support the project line managers in staffing processes to improve staff capabilities, contributions to mission goals, active </span><span>participation</span><span> and MSF commitment.</span></span><span> </span><span></span></li> <li><span><span>Advis</span><span>e</span><span> on set-up and updating the project's organizational chart and job descriptions and </span><span>assisting</span><span> the PC, and/or team leaders and supervisors to draw up annual holiday planning </span><span>and staff shifts </span><span>in order to</span><span> forecast HR needs and to ensure HR availability for the project activities</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span><span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ensure hiring, carry out amendments and contract termination formalities for employees at</span><span> </span><span>project level, according to </span><span>labour</span><span> local laws, </span><span>managing</span><span> individual employee</span><span> </span><span>files, informing them on their rights and preparing all mandatory tax declarations, </span><span>in order to</span><span> </span><span>ensure legal compliance</span><span> of</span><span> the project activities.</span></span><span> </span><span></span></li> <li><span><span>Supervise/perform payroll procedures, ensuring</span><span> correct entry of </span><span>all</span><span> data related to </span><span>monthly salary</span><span> </span><span>calculation of </span><span>employees of the project</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span><span></span></li> <li><span><span>In close collaboration with the Project Coordinator and </span><span>HRCo</span><s
