Fin/HR Manager
The Fin/HR Manager is responsible for the implementation of Human Resources policies in the project and the Administrative Management of all staff working in the project (including those recruited locally and internationally), along with the proper implementation of financial administration, management and control in the project.

Objectives and responsibilities of the position
As a FinHR Manager in a country program, you will be planning all HR and Finance activities and:
- In close coordination with the Project Coordinator and the HR Coordinator, calculate the HR operational needs and the associated budget to efficiently ensure the project's required sizing and capabilities and facilitate budget follow-up.
- Plan, supervise and ensure the implementation of the staffing processes (including recruitment, training, briefing, induction, evaluation, development and communication) of the project staff, in close coordination with the HRCo.
- Support the project line managers in staffing processes to improve staff capabilities, contributions to mission goals, active participation and MSF commitment.
- Advise on set-up and updating the project's organizational chart and job descriptions and assisting the PC, and/or team leaders and supervisors to draw up annual holiday planning and staff shifts in order to forecast HR needs and to ensure HR availability for the project activities.
- Ensure hiring, carry out amendments and contract termination formalities for employees at project level, according to labour local laws, managing individual employee files, informing them on their rights and preparing all mandatory tax declarations, in order to ensure legal compliance of the project activities.
- Supervise/perform payroll procedures, ensuring correct entry of all data related to monthly salary calculation of employees of the project.
