This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. A Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for supporting the company’s Digital Platforms and AI Organization(DPAIO). During the program our Interns will receive an orientation to the company and engage in challenging projects evolving around the rapidly changing healthcare tech industry. Interns are paired with industry professionals and mentors and will be given opportunities to stretch their skills and enrich their knowledge base to achieve a greater understanding within technology.
How you will make an impact:
Analyzes business and IT needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital strategy.
Responsible for gathering and assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback
Contribute to Strategy and Business Development Efforts
Develop and Deliver Presentations to Key Stakeholders
Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital strategic frameworks.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship program (May 18th-August 7th) .
Enrolled in an approved academic program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or a related field of study.
Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
For the Veteran internship, candidates do not need to be students as military experience and training can be substituted for educational experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Students will be assigned to a specific group within DPAIO based on skill set and need of the business. Students should have experience and education in:
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent Critical thinking, data analysis, stakeholder management, business process management, CQL, Informatics skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner.
