You will be a fast learner, reliable, well organized with the ability to multi-task. The role is dynamic, and the candidate must be comfortable with tight timelines and be able to contribute independently but work with a closely-knit project team. The job entails the development of new products and applications and, therefore, a hands-on approach to chemistry and material testing equipment would be an advantage.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Executing Laboratory operation in a safe and scientifically sound way</li><li>Support Design of Experiments (DoE) for formulation developments</li><li>Collaborate with scientists and engineers on day to day activities</li><li>Work with lab owner to ensure highest standard of safety and quality</li><li>Reporting of lab results in timely manner</li><li>Equipment owner for lab equipment</li><li>Sample preparation for high-quality data generation</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>You have a vocational qualification in a laboratory related field or a Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering</li><li>You have experience in working in a wet Chemistry lab.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Skills</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of the German language would be a plus.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Ability to successfully partner with team members from multiple backgrounds.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional note</b></p><ul><li>There is no visa/relocation supported for this role.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Benefits – What Dow offers you</b> </p><p></p><p>We invest in you. <br/> </p><p>Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career. You bring your background, talent, and perspective to work every day.
