Senior Oracle Developer

<h2><u>Job Description:</u></h2><h1>The Goal</h1><p></p><p>Our Performance Management application aims to provide a various range of reports to different stakeholders within International Private Bank Domain. Our solution is using a data warehouse and a BI tool to extract various reports and it targets multiple regional instances &amp; a global instance using both on-prem and Google Cloud solutions.</p><p></p><h1>Your profile</h1><p></p><p>You need to be an excellent developer, communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. You must have proven experience developing Oracle software. You must be willing to work in a dynamic environment, developing new applications and learning migration into Google Cloud.</p><p></p><p>We are looking for motivated candidates that show us:</p><ul><li>Excellent communication and English skills</li><li>Can work under pressure and be delivery focused and pragmatic</li><li>Excellent teamwork with collaborative, innovative and intelligent problem solving</li><li>Experience developing applications in enterprise environment</li><li>A minimum of 5 years development experience within Oracle data warehouses projects;</li><li>Excellent in taking ownership of the developments required for the region</li><li>Able to mentor more junior colleagues and provide technical guidance</li><li>Able to explain easily the technical dependencies at all levels</li></ul><p></p><p>Technically, we are looking for excellent experience in:</p><ul><li>Excellent in SQL and PL/SQL development</li><li>Excellent in Oracle 11g/12c/19</li><li>Experience with ETL development</li><li>Experience in data warehouse development</li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred experience:</p><ul><li>Experience with Oracle Exadata</li><li>Experience with Google Could services (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, GKE)</li><li>Experience in database performance tuning</li><li>Experience using tools like Jira, Git, TeamCity/Jenkins</li><li>Experience working in an agile environment, working in scrum teams</li></ul><p></p><p>Nice to have:</p><ul><li>Experience as DBA</li><li>Experience with a BI reporting tool like QlikView or QlikSense</li><li>Experience working in an agile environment, working in scrum teams</li><li>Experience in Business Intelligence applications</li><li>Experience in coordinating a small team</li><li>Banking &amp; Financial knowledge</li></ul><p></p><p>​What you will get in return:</p><ul><li>Be among the first to join the build out of a new domain within the Bucharest Excellence Centre </li><li>World class support and resources</li><li>Exceptional rewards and benefits</li><li>A truly diverse global culture</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Our values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
