At <strong>MYTILINEOS</strong>, we foster a culture of <strong>resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, </strong>and <strong>change</strong>, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.</p><p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Senior Originator</strong> to join our <strong>M Renewables</strong> team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN. </p><p>The successful candidate will be focused in building the origination businesses, increasing both the flow of deals as well as new market relationships, negotiation of PPAs for the company’s renewables portfolio, as well as a key contributor in the assessment of revenues for new opportunities. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your role will encompass:</strong></p><ul> <li>Build out and take ownership of M Renewables PPA origination business in Italy. Possibility to focus on UK, Germany and Spain. </li> <li>Identify, analyse, negotiate, and execute complex structured energy transactions with a focus on renewable PPA.</li> <li>Expand the pipeline of sales opportunities by generating high quality leads.</li> <li>Build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders in multiple countries and at all levels.</li> <li>Maintain constant interaction with Project Development, Project Finance, and EPC teams as necessary to advance target transactions.</li> <li>Assess and translate competition, industry trends, emerging customer challenges, and regulatory changes in the marketplace into market strategies and product offerings.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you bring to the role:</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ years working experience in the energy sector </li> <li>3+ years’ experience originating and contracting PPA within Europe as PPA Origination </li> <li>Strong understanding of Italian renewables and power market</li> <li>Fluent in Italian and English</li> <li>Track record of utility and corporate PPA agreements in various energy markets </li> <li>Extensive personal network in the European PPA/energy market </li> <li>Strong commercial mindset </li> <li>Attention to details and communication skills to drive growth and revenue</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Attractive remuneration package</li> <li>Friendly and professional working environment</li> <li>Continuous training</li> <li>Cooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity</li> </ul>
