Job Description: 

Intel is in the midst of a transformational journey to deliver on its ambitious IDM 2.0 strategy which includes significant manufacturing expansions and the creation of a foundry to serve internal and external customers. This position is a critical new role in our overall ERP transformation supporting three key businesses involved in IDM 2.0; Manufacturing, Technology Development (TD), and Intel Foundry Services (IFS), collectively referred to as Intel Foundry.

The Intel Foundry Forecast to Stock (FTS) Supply Planning Business Analyst will focus on driving capability requirements, creating new business processes for Intel Foundry's future Supply Planning solution and SAP-ERP. This job opportunity is specifically looking for a Business Analyst with Fab Planning, SDA Planning, Wafer Level Assembly Planning, OSAT Planning, or Foundry Planning expertise to provide critical design input into Intel Foundry's future planning software tools and business processes. As a Intel Foundry Forecast to Stock (FTS) Supply Planning Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Work with supply planning Business Architects, SMEs, end users, TCM, IT, Test Leads and product managers on L4/L5++ processes/data/ tool design and defining detailed end user solution / data requirements
  • Prepare and Execute Functional Testing, User Acceptance (UAT) testing and results, including issues and resolutions
  • Provides inputs to detailed operational process flows, Solution Design Decision, Security Roles, Change Impacts
  • Work with TCM on end user training
  • Cutover and Data Migration: Contribute to the development and execution of the cutover plan, ensuring a smooth transition to new business processes and tools. Monitor and validate data loads during cutover cycles to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Configuration design document (CDD)
  • Configuration unit test (CUT) script; Configuration unit test (CUT) result
  • Functional design spec (FDS)
  • Functional unit test (FUT) script; Functional unit test (FUT) result
  • Security unit test (SUT) script; Security unit test (SUT) result
  • Integration test script; Integration test result
    Cutover plan
  • Data loads during Cutover cycles
  • Provides inputs to - L3 Process flows, Solution Design Decision, FIT-GAP, Security roles,
  • Change Impacts
  • Prepares and executes - User Acceptance test (UAT) scripts; User Acceptance test (UAT) results

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum skills and experience that will get you noticed:  

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field of study; advanced degree preferred.

  • 1+ years as a Fab Planner, Wafer Level Assembly Planner, OSAT Planner, SDA Planner or Foundry Plan
