JOB SUMMARY: The Information Services Program is actively recruiting an experienced IT compliance expert to serve as a Senior Database Analyst on our team. This pivotal role involves leading technical projects and ensuring compliance across the Department of Revenue’s infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and maintaining technical documentation that identifies any deviations from audit standards and outlines project remediation efforts. Primary duties include driving remediation projects, developing technical documentation for best practices, and implementing these as organizational policy. Regular updates to senior management and collaboration with stakeholders are essential to ensure successful project outcomes. Candidates should possess extensive experience in change management and communications, a deep understanding of audit processes and protocols, and expertise in system configurations and application lifecycle management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue. 
• ISO 20000 Foundations Certified.
• Five years of project experience.
• Five years of platform level service delivery.

PREFERENCES:

• Windows Server Support.
• Service Delivery Support.

SPECIAL NOTES:

• This position located in Tallahassee is full time on the premises with the possibility of some remote work after the first year.

SALARY: The tentative salary for this position is $59,501.61.
