THE JOB:  

As a Lead Sales Associate, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, and maintaining presentability and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE SCHEDULE: Full Time

Retail Market Hours

Daily 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Cultivate premium guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities to achieve store goals

• Conduct product inventories and inform management of any necessary orders

• Supervisor truck deliveries and ensure product deliveries are accurate

• Oversee product quality, ensuring expiration dates are current

• Delegate essential tasks and assign daily roles to sales associates

• Ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping

• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures with accuracy and professionalism

• Maintain a safe and clean environment aligning with visual merchandising standards

• Assist Sales Associates as needed with questions or concerns

• Report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management 

• Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner

• Perform other job-related duties as requested 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience

• Currently holds or is willing to obtain a Food Handlers Card and TAM Card

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a retail setting

• Has prior experience using InfoGenesis

• Has worked in a previous leadership role

• Polished appearance and presentability
