Role Purpose:

Customer Quality Representative is to create a working relationship with the customer and represent Woodbridge at the customer location.  As well as communicating customer issues back to the plant

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a diverse work force as a change agent practicing preventative methodology.
  • Provide initial response to customer quality concerns.
  • Serve as a resource and additional leadership on quality and engineering related issues.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the production plant to help resolve any issues.
  • Carry out directives from the production plant to the customer on issues.
  • Track and improve safety stock, and repair parts
  • Customer Visits (as requested by customer &/or scheduled by plant)
  • Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience in production in an industrial environment
  • Solid knowledge of Quality in Production
  • Process orientation
  • Communication skills
  • Customer relationship experience

Proficient level of English
