Summary:

Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Move materials and finished products within the plant.
2. Sets up for the next shift.
3. Loads and unloads materials onto material rack.
4. Orders materials needed from building 8.
5. Receives materials from building 8.
6. Ensures that all materials received are within shelf life requirements. 
7. Prepare and stage all left over materials to be returned back to the warehouse.
8. Prints labels needed for the work order.
9. Order pallets needed from building 4.
10. Make sure housekeeping is maintained and all containers are properly labeled.

Qualifications and Education (Required)

1. High School Diploma
2. Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
3. Forklift Certification with valid California Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
4. One or two years related experience and/or training.
5. Must have an acceptable Audiometry test.
6. Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
