Pentagon Technologies is an elite service provider in the critical and controlled environment arena with a primary focus in the Semiconductor, Data Center, and Pharma/Healthcare Industry. Our Technical Site Services group specializes in cleanroom performance testing, certification services, protocol management, and world class cleaning and construction management services. We are seeking an experienced Facilities Services Director to join our team. 

Job Summary: 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing large scale janitorial services in the large venue, industrial, and sustaining industries. The Director will manage a staff of custodial technicians and ensure tasks are performed safely and in a proper manner while ensuring the overall appearance, sanitation and cleanliness is apparent to our clients and ensure our growing footprint in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Plans, controls and directs all cleaning, sanitizing and waste removal functions.

Build revenue and manage budget which includes cost controls with regard to labor, supply, and inventory

Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit

Plan and lead team management meetings

 Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationship.

Facilitate and support new business and retention activities

 Identify client needs and communicate operational progress

Strong knowledge of facility and custodial maintenance procedures

Strong work ethic and team player

Amazing leadership and mentoring skills

Strong computer and administrative skills

Experience managing a budget and purchasing

Mechanically inclined, understanding janitorial/EVS industry language

Experience and Requirements:

Requires 7+ years of industry experience

Requires up to 5+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role 

Experience managing 10+ personnel
