That's why we are hiring a Senior Software Engineer - DevOps.

The role

As our Senior Software Engineer - DevOps, you’ll be responsible for architecting and building the cloud infrastructure that powers our operating system for autonomous enterprises. You’ll be working at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and developer experience, in a role where your decisions will directly shape our platform’s foundations and its long-term scalability.

This is a greenfield opportunity to define standards, drive reliability, and build the backbone of a system designed for some of the most critical enterprises in Europe.

What you’ll build

Cloud-Agnostic Platform Foundation

• Design and implement infrastructure that deploys seamlessly across AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Build secure, single-tenant architecture for isolated enterprise client deployments

• Create Infrastructure-as-Code templates that enable rapid, reliable platform provisioning

Security-First Architecture

• Implement security controls and best practices from day one

• Design data governance and isolation mechanisms for client tenants

• Build toward ISO 27001 compliance and enterprise security requirements

Developer Platform & Operations

• Establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and observability

• Create developer tooling that enables the team to ship rapidly and safely

Platform Reliability

• Design for high availability and disaster recovery

• Build operational runbooks and incident response processes

• Establish SLIs/SLOs appropriate for enterprise deployments

Requirements

Who are you

Essential Experience

• Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture with a preference for simple, cloud-managed services over complex orchestration platforms

• Proven track record building production infrastructure at scale

• Deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi is a plus)

• Proficiency in Python and modern DevOps practices

• Experience building cloud-agnostic architectures that can deploy to any major cloud provider

Technical Skills That Matter

• Containerization and Docker best practices

• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (GitHub Actions is a plus)

• Security best practices and zero-trust architectures

• Monitoring and observability tools (cloud-native and open-source)

• Strong Linux/Unix systems knowledge
