Join us to shape the future of digital healthcare with data-driven innovation.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design and development of advanced <strong>data models</strong> in <strong>Tabular and/or Databricks</strong> to address company-wide analytical needs, including models supporting <strong>financial forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis</strong>.</li><li>Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated <strong>Power BI Cloud dashboards</strong> that surface both <strong>operational</strong> and <strong>financial KPIs</strong>, enabling real-time insight into business and financial performance.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including <strong>Finance, Controlling, and Business Operations </strong>to align analytics with strategic and financial objectives.</li><li>Conduct <strong>in-depth financial and operational data analysis</strong>, identifying trends, tracking deviations, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to support leadership</li><li>Enhance decision-making processes across the organization by transforming complex data into compelling narratives tailored to <strong>financial stakeholders</strong>.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in <strong>Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance</strong>, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience as a <strong>Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant</strong>, ideally with direct exposure to <strong>finance, controlling</strong>, or <strong>FP&amp;A</strong> environments.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Power BI Cloud</strong>, with a strong understanding of financial data modeling and semantic layer optimization.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Databricks</strong>, <strong>SQL</strong>, and <strong>Python</strong>, with proven capability in handling large datasets for financial analysis and reporting.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About your benefits:</strong></p><p>In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it‘s living a healthy life, having enough time for your family or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of different site-specific benefits:</p><ul><li><strong>Sports</strong>: Stay healthy.
