Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are seeking an experienced Sr Marketing Strategy Analyst to join our Revenue Strategy and Planning team. The Sr Marketing Strategy Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. This individual will collaborate closely with our Marketing leadership, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize their efforts and unlock new growth opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication to drive success in a dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Market Trends: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities. Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop and refine both inbound and outbound strategies. Identify target market segments, define value propositions, and create go-to-market plans for new products or services.
  • Annual Planning: Lead the development and execution of annual marketing planning processes, including budget, headcount planning and target setting. Collaborate with Sales leadership and Finance teams to establish revenue targets, expense budgets, and resource allocation plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to support annual sales objectives, such as market expansion, pricing strategies, and sales enablement programs. Develop comprehensive plans with clear milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization, including Sales and Product Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to gain alignment and support for the annual Revenue plan.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years in strategy consulting with a top firm is highly desirable, including experience in advising clients on sales strategy, market positioning, competitive analysis, and growth strategies. Alternatively, 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy and planning in the technology industry (experience with usage-based SaaS preferred).
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Analytics; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to develop and manage sales and financial models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels (including senior leadership) to gain buy-in for strategic initiatives
