Marketing Coordinator/ Executive Assistant
Your primary mission is to serve as direct support to the product managers within the marketing department. This role will include a wide variety of duties to enhance and grow the marketing department, as well as help grow the brands of each artist on the roster. This role will dually serve as assistant to the EVP of BMG Nashville
What You’ll Be Doing.
- Assist in coordinating the efforts of BBR Music Group departments on behalf of all artist projects including Digital / Streaming, Social, Creative, Publicity, Marketing, and Radio Promotion
- Build trusting and collaborative relationship with artist team on behalf of label group
- Lead artist management meetings and subsequently set priority action items
- Help to create and update marketing plans and agendas
- Track artist touring schedules in key markets and subsequently coordinate ticket requests
- Outreach to internal team on partner mailers (including CD/Vinyl Mailings)
- Oversee RSVP lists, tickets, emails to staff and partners with details
- Manage content documents (creating the documents, circulating to the team with due dates, following up with the team to send reminders before they are due)
- Updating key documents: staff directory, partner mailing list, master invite list
- Taking notes during select meetings
- Managing EVP calendar and meeting requests
- Booking and managing travel for EVP
- Expense management for EVP
Must Haves.
- Adapt work and communication style based on situational needs
- Excels at multitasking and prioritization of responsibilities and requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent Notetaking Skills
Country Music knowledge is nice to have but not a must!
