What will you be doing?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the production, sale, and shipment of our groundbreaking medical devices. As an Inventory Specialist at Allurion, you will take on diverse responsibilities that ensure smooth operations and maintain compliance and quality standards.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Conducting timely and accurate inventory cycle and physical counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Completing ERP transactions to set up work orders, move inventory, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing lot control data and ensuring the accuracy of work-in-progress (WIP) consumption.
  • Efficiently kitting materials for production, including raw material components, sub-assembly kits, and finished device kits.
  • 2+ years of experience in an inventory control or inventory specialist role.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
