YOUR MISSION

• Lead our platform engineering team in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and efficient platforms that support our organization's business objectives for puma.com
• Be responsible for setting the platforms technical direction, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery and operation of our platform solutions
• Set objectives aligned with organizational goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Foster innovation and collaboration
• Develop platform strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement
• Provide technical oversight, ensure adherence to best practices, and evaluate emerging technologies
• Establish processes for operational excellence and stakeholder management
• Mitigate security risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Leadership experience ideally in platform engineering
• Expertise in cloud-based development, microservices, Kubernetes, Docker and GCP
• Proficiency in software methodologies, automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile
• Knowledge in technical architecture and design
• Proven track record of innovation, scalability, and complex project management
• Risk management and compliance knowledge
• Strong communication, leadership, planning, and strategic thinking skills along with excellent stakeholder management
• This opportunity will be available in fulltime or parttime.
