We're hiring a Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis!

About this position

The Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis, will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. In addition, this position will partner closely with other departments across the company and interact directly with Directors and, occasionally, Executives.

What you'll do

• Develop and update pricing and profitability models at the SKU level.
• Coordinate closely with corporate accounting on costing models and analysis.
• Build effective partnerships with business leaders to help identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiencies.
• Build dashboards around key business metrics, and drive process improvements in the FP&A process, analysis & reporting responsibilities.
• Exhibit the ability to deal with ambiguity and the capability to work independently.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as necessary to support business decisions.

You should have

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business
• You have 7-10 years of experience in FP&A.
• You have strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, COGS, SG&A
• You have a strong skill level in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions, and generate financial modeling, including dashboards and charts.
• Experience with NetSuite and Planful (or similar software) is preferred.
• You have strong critical thinking skills.
• You have data analysis experience with the ability to manage large datasets encompassing multiple systems.
• You can work efficiently at both a detailed and a big-picture level.
• You are adept at providing solutions and working in cross-functional areas to facilitate the successful completion of projects.
• You maintain positive relationships with all departments. 
• You value relationships and can influence others to develop relationships reflected in continuously positive experiences.
