Customer Service Officer Polish – English (Day)

• You handle phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries.

• You collect and verify information for accuracy.

• You provide technical support and coordinate with workshops.

• You keep customers and involved parties updated.

• You monitor agreements and resolve contract-related issues.

• You speak Polish and English fluently (knowledge of Dutch or German is a plus).

• You are familiar with Microsoft Office.

• You have technical knowledge in the automotive/tyre industry (preferred, but not required).

• You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• You pay attention to detail and can multitask under pressure.
