As a startup, there's always plenty to do, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to gain more responsibility quickly. In this role, you will work closely with our CSM’s to complete the customer lifecycle, manage our CRM tool, interact with internal departments, and perform ad-hoc duties to support our clients. <strong><br/></strong> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br/> <ul><li>Supporting CSMs in the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, upselling, and renewal activities</li><li>Managing, updating, and enhancing our CRM tool (Hubspot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data</li><li>Collaborating with internal departments such as Operations, Tech, and Marketing to address client needs and translate them into actionable tasks</li><li>Building new catalogues for our customers to improve their experience with our products and services</li><li>Assisting with ad-hoc duties as needed to support the CSM team</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p>We're seeking a motivated individual with a genuine passion for customer success management, who is proactive, results-driven, and thrives in taking ownership of tasks. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:</p> <p><br/></p> <ul><li>(Working on a) Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field </li><li>Proactive and autonomous mindset with a high level of problem-solving skills</li><li>Critical thinking and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks</li><li>Experience in data analysis to support data-driven decision making</li><li>Strong communication skills in English at a business level</li></ul> <strong><br/></strong> <strong>What we offer</strong><br/>An environment where the focus will be on your personal development and growth.
