If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</p></div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> <p>Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Define and lead product strategy:</strong> Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for energy, charging, and connected services. You will drive product development from zero-to-one, bringing to life a world-class product experience and ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. You will own the full development stack, from ideation through development, translating business needs into actionable work items. Given Scout's nascency, you should be extremely comfortable navigating ambiguity in early-stage startups to formulate concrete, actionable plans.</li> <li><strong>Build for humans:</strong> Act as a customer advocate, crafting experiences that enhance the vehicle ownership experience and differentiate Scout in the marketplace. Be disagreeable and don't accept anything less than a class-defining experience for customers.
