Description
Treehouse Pediatric Therapy is a locally owned multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient clinic with locations in Woodridge and Batavia, IL. We provide core therapy services for clients aged 0-18 including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA therapy. Additionally offered are specialized programs and services including pelvic floor therapy, feeding therapy, nutrition services, and mental health counseling. Treehouse's ultimate goal is to create meaningful change in clients' lives through an emphasis on a holistic therapeutic approach, involving families in carryover of care, and supporting employees' needs to allow them to provide the best services possible.
Treehouse is looking to hire an enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate Full-time Administrative Behavior Therapist for our growing service of ABA! This role is a great opportunity to combine hands-on ABA treatment hours with support for the administrative functions of ABA therapy in one position.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
Administrative Tasks
- Manage and update schedules for therapists in the scheduling platform
- Support coordination of schedule changes and session coverage for cancellations
- Assist with authorization tracking and insurance follow-up
- Create accounts for new clients in the data collection platform
- Assist with onboarding of new clients including assessments or report write-ups
- Audit BT/RBT session note accuracy, timeliness, and communication
- Manage BT/RBT timesheet data for payroll
- Post ABA charges and check for billing inaccuracies
- Oversee client portal
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Complete daily ABA space cleaning and organization
- Assist with tasks from the ABA Director
Behavior Therapist Tasks
- Conduct weekly ongoing 1:1 therapy in the clinic and/or home setting
- Serve as a floater/standby for ABA session coverage when needed due to cancellations or breaks
- Implement individualized behavior plans under the direction of the BCBA
- Apply the principles of ABA in all interactions with children and families
- Utilize behavior management strategies
- Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner
Work Schedule
- Total Weekly Hours: 25-30 hours
- Treatment Hours: Minimum 8-10 weekly hours
Weekly treatment hours can slightly increase or decrease based on client need. Maximum weekly treatment hours will be determined by the ABA Director.

Position Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) Certification (preferred, not required)
- Must be available for 3-4 evenings until 6pm
- Previous ABA experience
- Previous administrative experience
- Compassionate and patient with children
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
