With a long-standing tradition, and a growing international presence, we are seeking dedicated individuals to help us achieve our long-term vision.</p><p> <br/></p><h3>Can you say ‘yes’?</h3><ul> <li>Is respectful and appreciative interaction within the team a given for you?</li> <li>Do you always put the customer at the center of your actions?</li> <li>Do you consider the future and upcoming generations in your actions?</li> <li>Do you strive for personal and professional growth?</li> </ul><p></p><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul> <li>Define UX strategy for our digital services for our main customer groups in Construction Software (Architects/Installers), incl. vision, goals and KPIs</li> <li>Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research across markets to gather insights into user needs, behaviors and pain points, while collaborating with agencies to support the process</li> <li>Interpret user research findings and adoption data by leveraging analytics tools, and transform them into user personas, journeys, wireframes and prototypes to showcase user interactions</li> <li>Plan and execute usability testing for prototypes and designs to ensure they meet user expectations</li> <li>Work closely with product managers, developers, designers and our stakeholders in the market to prioritize features and improvements based on research findings</li> </ul><p></p><h3>Who you are</h3><ul> <li>Senior UX strategist-practitioner with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in UX/ID/HCI and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered work on complex digital services; experience in construction/building materials is a plus</li> <li>Research-led and data-savvy—expert in qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics) and translating insights into clear decisions, roadmaps, and KPIs</li> <li>Deep craft expertise across UX principles, information architecture, interaction and accessibility; hands-on with prototyping and design systems in Figma (Sketch/Adobe XD as needed)</li> <li>Commercially minded and analytical—comfortable tying UX to business outcomes, instrumenting experiences, and partnering Product Managers and engineers to prioritize impact</li> <li>A clear, confident communicator—fluent in English (German a plus)—skilled at customer interviews and influencing senior, cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced, global environments; proactive, culturally agile, and solution-oriented</li> </ul><p><br/></p><h3>What we offer you</h3><p>We all shape our lives individually.
