Senior Technical Program Manager

Duties: Draw on professional experience and demonstrable knowledge/skills with Agile software development processes for software releases, tracking key software component deliverables, and leading Machine Learning based projects to expand restimulation and online autonomous driving testing capabilities and to partner across multiple functional teams to manage and deliver program milestones. Work closely with Technical Program Managers (TPM) and Program Managers (PM) to drive program management processes and policies including Agile and Scrum practices, managing scope and minimizing scope-creep, maintaining accurate documentation, administering tasks, and tracking progress (i.e. objectives, scope, priorities, timelines, budget reconciliations, internal/external vendor communications). Assist in identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks and implementing the corresponding resolutions with TPMs and PMs. Support overall organization’s (across time zones) program deliverables through interfacing with various AV teams such as product management, safety and testing, operations, autonomy, and infrastructure software. Collaborate with team members daily to ensure project progress is on track. May telecommute from any US location. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, project management, or a closely related technology/engineering field plus 3 years of industry experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above, including 1 year leading Machine Learning based projects. Salary range: from seventy-four thousand three hundred eighty-one dollars to one hundred fifty-four thousand dollars per year. This position is eligible for employee referral programs.
