Job Description

As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise the team on methods and processes for overseeing customer network development and customer support activities, as well as supporting customer engagement opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, managing, or coordinating operational activities for the team with the help of executives and staff managers.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Senior Relationship Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic customer relationships across business units and/or customer accounts, and strive to do what's right for our customers.
  • Identify executives, managers, and team members to support customer relationships.
  • Advise the team on promoting and selling Fannie Mae's products and services to make sure people across the country have access to affordable financing opportunities.
  • Provide support for operational activities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations to the team.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 6 years
  • Strong understanding of the comprehensive end-to-end mortgage process
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and experience with C-suite
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, market, regulatory environment, client business practices and needs and able to interpret and apply issues and developments to the area
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Quickly adapts to technology

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Management of large-scale third-party relationships and agreements

The hiring range for this role is set forth above. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
