Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist in seating them.
• Provide menu recommendations and offer information about the dishes.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Attend to special requests and needs of customers.

• ​Have a thorough understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any allergens.
• Provide detailed explanations or descriptions of menu items as needed.
• Update menu knowledge regularly to answer customer queries effectively.

• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders.
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
• Ensure all special requests or modifications are communicated to the kitchen accurately.
• Set and maintain tables according to restaurant standards.

• Clean and reset tables for the next customers.
• Keep the server station and work areas tidy and organized.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

• Ensure the accuracy of checks and resolve any discrepancies in billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service.

• Communicate effectively with the team and management regarding customer feedback, issues, or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Range

$12.50 - $13.50/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific experience/overall experience. Eligible for tips.
